Boating Law Notice & Boat Rental Course
Texas boating laws require anyone born after September 1, 1993 to have a Texas boater’s safety license in order to operate a Jet Ski or pontoon boat. You can go here to take it on-line and print your certificate to bring with you for verification.
Cancellation Policy
At Lake Austin Water Sports, we offer a flexible cancellation policy. Customers may cancel at least 48 hours prior to their arrival date for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable unless our trip protection package has been added. In case of unfavorable weather, we will either reschedule your reservation or provide a full refund. Please note that no-shows will not be refunded. Customers can make changes to their reservation without any fees as long as it’s outside the 48-hour cancellation period. We require a $200 deposit per jet ski rental, held on a credit card and released once the ski is returned undamaged.
