Cancellation Policy – Lake Austin Water Sports
We understand that plans can change, but out of respect for our team and other guests, we ask that all cancellations or reschedules be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled rental time.
Cancellations:

48+ hours notice: Full refund (minus any booking fees).

Less than 48 hours notice: Full rental amount will be charged.

No-shows: Full rental amount will be charged with no exceptions.
Weather Policy:

If weather conditions are unsafe (e.g., lightning, heavy rain, or high winds), we will do our best to reschedule your rental at no cost or issue a full refund.

Light rain or cloudy weather does not qualify for a weather-related cancellation.
Booking Fees:

All booking and processing fees are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation time.
Gratuity Policy:

Gratuity for captains is required. If a tip is not left, a 20% gratuity will be charged to the card on file.
