Cancellation Policy
At Lake Austin Watersports, customers must cancel at least 5 days in advance to receive a full refund of their $450 deposit. Cancellations made within the 5-day period are not eligible for a refund unless our trip protection package has been purchased. If weather conditions are unsuitable and require us to cancel your reservation, we will either reschedule your rental for a later date or provide a full refund. Please note that no-shows will not receive a refund. Changes to reservations can be made without fees as long as they are outside of the 5-day cancellation window.
